摘要
PDCA循环是发现问题和解决问题的有效工具,它将一个管理过程划分为4个阶段,每个阶段有不同的职责,从而使管理过程形成一个闭环。本文从PDCA循环的过程入手,介绍了PDCA循环在化工厂测量过程管理中的应用。
PDCA cycle is an effective tool for finding and solving problems.Management process is divided into four stages in this way,and each stage has different functions,so that is formed a closed-loop management.This paper introduces the application of PDCA cycle in the measurement process management of the chemical plant.
