高能面暴露氧化铈纳米晶催化净化碳烟颗粒的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过水热法成功制备(100)晶面暴露的立方体氧化铈和(111)晶面暴露的八面体氧化铈纳米晶,借助X线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、氮气吸附脱附等温线、氢气程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)和氧气程序升温脱附(O_2-TPD)等测试手段对催化剂进行详细的表征,并以碳烟催化氧化为反应模型考察催化剂晶面暴露与催化性能的构效关系.研究结果表明:与(111)晶面暴露的八面体氧化铈相比,(100)晶面暴露的立方体氧化铈纳米晶具有最佳的催化性能和较高的催化稳定性. Nanocubes of cerium oxides with exposed(100)facets and octahedrons of cerium oxides with exposed(111)facets were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms,H_2 temperature programmed reduction(H_2-TPR) and O_2 temperature programmed desorption(O_2-TPD)were used to characterize the catalyst.Meanwhile,the structure-function relationship between the crystal facets and catalytic performance were evaluated by using soot catalytic oxidation as a reaction model.The result indicates that the nanocubes of cerium oxide with exposed(100)facets exhibit superior catalytic activity and high durability than that of octahedrons with exposed(111)facets.
