摘要
采用ABB机器人仿真软件RobotStudio平台建立试验室虚拟工作站,对4043铝合金的任意正多边形进行路径规划编程.对试样的显微组织及力学性能进行观察和测试,试验结果表明,编程程序能较好地对任意正多边形构件进行增材制造,构件本身成形良好,性能佳,能够符合快速成形的要求.
Using the ABB robot simulation software RobotStudio,a lab virtual workstation was created,and the programming of path planning for arbitrary regular polygon of 4043 aluminum alloy was carried out.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the specimen were observed and tested.The experimental results show that this procedure can realize additive manufacturing for arbitrary regular polygon components.The components are well shaped with good performance,which can meet the requirements of rapid prototyping.
