运用PDCA循环提高输液港维护效果

Application of PDCA circulation to improve maintenance effect of transfusion port

目的探讨运用PDCA循环管理提高输液港维护效果。方法对100例乳腺癌患者进行输液港维护,针对影响输液港维护流程的各种因素,其中55例采用PDCA循环管理、45例按传统方法进行维护。结果 PDCA组55例患者对输液港健康知识知晓率、维护依从性和满意度、并发症发生率,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,χ2值分别为14.2、13.09、4.93、4.63、4.45、8.06,P值均<0.05。结论运用PDCA循环能提高宣教效果,优化维护流程,提高工作效率,减少不良事件和并发症的发生,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of the infusion port maintenance with the application of PDCA circular administration. Methods100 cases of breast cancer patients with transfusion port maintenance were divided into two groups,due to the influence of various factors of the infusion port maintenance process,The observation group was dealed with PDCA circulation management,The control group cortaineel 45 cases with the traditional methods of maintenance. Conclusion the application of PDCA cycle can improve the effect of education,optimize the maintenance process,improve work efficiency,reduce adverse rate events and complications rate,improve patient satisfaction.
