基于ME3M—CH2O型便携式甲醛测试仪的研制

摘要 甲醛是一种具有刺激气味的无色气体,对人体具有较大危害。它在环境中对人类的危害引起人们的高度重视,因此,对这种有毒物质的监测显得尤为重要。系统采用单片机STC89C52RC进行控制,以ME3M—CH2O型甲醛传感器电化学效应进行数据采集,设计了一种甲醛浓度测量装置,完成了该装置的硬件电路和软件部分设计,经测试表明:系统的误差在±0.02ppm范围内,具有精度高、性能稳定、反应迅速、性价比高,便携方便,而且结构简单、使用简洁方便,可广泛应用于室内环境甲醛浓度检测。 Formaldehyde, a colorless gas with stimulating smell,is harmful to human. Now much attention has been paid to the harm in the environment, so it is very important to monitor the toxic. A measuring device to test formaldehyde concentration is designed with STC89C52RC to control the system and with ME3M -CH20 as sensor to analyze the data. It shows that the design with a tolerance of about 2ppm can be widely used to test the indoor formaldehyde concentration owing to the following characteristics:high in precision, stable in performance, rapid in reaction, high in cost performance, simple in structure, convenient to carry and easy to use.
