基于“工匠精神”的校企合作协同育人机制的研究

On the Cooperative Education Mechanism of School - enterprise Cooperation Based on Craftsman Spirit

通过对“工匠精神”时代背景及内涵的剖析，提出基于“工匠精神”的校企合作协同育人的必要性和价值标准，重点分析了基于“工匠精神”的校企合作协同与人机制的研究内容，包括校企合作协同办学机制研究、以“政校行企协同，产学研服一体”为切入点探索新型办学模式、以“混合所有制办学”为突破口探索职业院校的新型体制形式等，以及通过探索“工匠精神”文化育人模式的构建和运行，提出培养具有“工匠精神”人才的育人模式及途径。

This paper analyzes the craftman spirit background and its connotation as well as the possibilities, standards and contents of cooperative education system bewteem schools and enterprise. The contents maily cover cooperative system, new school - running model, educational system in higher vocational colleges and the mode and ways of educating with the craftsman spirit.
