摘要
专业办学绩效对于高职院校的意义不言自喻。绩效需要评价,特别是切实的自我评价。提升高职办学专业绩效,关键是如何更好地解决人的问题,切实抓好专业人才培养方案的修订和审核工作,建设优质的专业教学资源以及采用“过程方法”加强专业办学的过程控制。
It is generally acknowledged that performance of the major construction is critical for vocational colleges. Performance needs evaluating, particularly effectively self - evaluating. To improve the performance of major construction,the personnel factor is the key one. So, it is important to revise and examine the major programs, build good quality teaching resources, as well as strengthen the process control with process approach.
