摘要 针对高职学生学习不积极、不主动,对课程的学习兴趣不浓,以及教师对新教学方法领悟不透彻,对学生情况不了解等问题,工程造价教研室全体教师不断探索新思路,学习新方法,多次展开讨论,从学生、课程、师资、考核等方面总结出实用、高效的教学方法,多次应用于教学与管理,并不断改进,取得良好效果。 This paper analyzes the problems in both students and teachers in higher voactoinal colleges. For example ,the students hold negative attitude towards study and have less interest in study while the teachers don't have a true grasp of teaching methods and students' study. All the teachers in Engineer Cost Section summarize a practical effective teaching method from the aspects of students, teacher, courses and evaluation by continuous studying and discussion. Applied and improved in the practice, the method is proven to be effective.
