高校法律素质教育的现状及提升措施

On Legal Quality Education in Colleges and Universities

习近平总书记在十九大报告中进一步指出：“加大全民普法力度，建设社会主义法治文化，树立宪法法律之上、法律面前人人平等的法治理念。”大学生是祖国的未来和希望，大学生法律素质的高低直接决定着依法治国的成败，高校《法律基础》课程教学是大学生法律素质教育的主阵地、主渠道，本文从高校《法律基础》课程教学现状入手，深刻分析了在法律素质教育过程中的问题，并提出应对策略。

In the report to the 19th National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out：＂ We should intensify efforts to uphold the rule of law for all, build a socialist culture of the rule by law and set up legal concept based on the principle of equality before the law and the Constitution. ＂ College students are the future and hope of the motherland and the legal quality of college students directly determines the success or failure of governing the country. College Law is the main channel of college students＇ legal quality education. This paper analyzes the problems in legal quality education and puts forwards solutions to them.
