白术附子汤加味联合唑来膦酸注射液治疗乳腺癌骨转移临床观察 被引量:9

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Bone Metastasis of Breast Cancer with Modified Baizhu Fuzi Decoction Combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection

摘要 目的:观察白术附子汤加味联合唑来膦酸注射液治疗乳腺癌骨转移的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取35例乳腺癌骨转移患者,随机分为联合组18例和对照组17例,分别给予白术附子汤加味联合唑来膦酸注射液和唑来膦酸注射液治疗,两组患者均治疗1年。观察给药后两组患者的近期疗效、疼痛评分、卡氏评分、氨酚羟考酮片用量变化和不良反应。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后疼痛评分明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,对照组氨酚羟考酮片使用剂量明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),联合组患者治疗后氨酚羟考酮片使用剂量明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,联合组疾病控制率、卡氏评分有效率均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:白术附子汤加味联合唑来膦酸注射液可进一步提高乳腺癌骨转移患者的临床疗效,且安全性好,两者可能具有协同增效作用。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Baizhu Fuzi decoction combined with Zoledronic Acid injection treatment of bone metastasis of breast cancer. Method: 35 patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group. The combined group was given Baizhu Fuzi decoction combined with Zoledronic Acid injection,and the control group was treated with Zoledronic Acid injection,intervention for one year. Observed the short-term efficacy,pain score,KPS score,aminophenol hydroxycodone dosage changes and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment.Results: Compared with before treatment,the pain score of the two groups of patients decreased significantly( P〈 0. 05,P 〈0. 01),and the combined group was superior to the control group( P〈 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,the dosage of aminophenol hydroxycodone tablets in the control group was significantly increased( P〈 0. 01),and after treatment,the dosage of hydroxycodone in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P〈 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the disease control rate and the effective rate of KPS score in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈 0. 05,P 〈0. 01). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the course of treatment. Conclusion: Baizhu Fuzi decoction combined with Zoledronic Acid injection can further improve the clinical efficacy,and good safety,both may have a synergistic effect.
