空间相关重力模型视角下西藏特殊经济区位发展对策研究

摘要 西藏位于祖国的西南边陲,其独特的地理区位,使其形成了特殊的经济区位。正是由于其经济区位的特殊性,至今其经济发展仍受到很大的制约。根据空间相关重力模型,对西藏特殊经济区位内部各地市及外部相邻自治区(州)空间相关性进行比较分析。研究表明:无论是西藏经济区位内部各地市空间相关系数,还是外部空间相关系数都比较小,而山南与拉萨市空间相关性系数最大,为0.0810412952,新疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州与阿里空间相关系数最小,仅为0.0002243020,这表明西藏经济区位内外空间相关性都比较弱。形成这种特殊经济区位的主要影响因素是空间距离和人口规模。针对这种状况,提出了西藏特殊经济区位背景下发展的三大对策:制定"四大区一小区"经济区发展规划,打造立体交通网络,推进城市经济圈建设,以此解决西藏特殊经济区位背景下的经济发展难题。 Tibet is located in the southwest border of the motherland, and its unique geographical location is formed a special economic area. Because of the particularity of its economic location, its economic development is still restricted by a lot so far. According to the economic geography spatial gravity model, comparative analysis of the spatial relevance of cities and neighboring autonomous regions in the special economic zone of Tibe was shown. The study shows that whether it is the spatial correlation coefficient within the Tibetan economic zone, or the external spatial correlation coefficient of the Tibetan economic zone is relatively small. The largest is the spatial correlation coefficient of Box Hill South and Lhasa is 0. 0810412952. The minimum is the Sinkiang sukeer autonomous prefecture and the Ali spatial correlation coefficient is 0. 0002243020, which shows that the spatial correlation of Tibetan economic location is relatively weak. The main influencing factors of the formation of this special economic location are spatial distance and population size. In response to this situation, three countermeasures are proposed for the development of Tibet special economic zone. planning an avenue of " four big districts and a small region" economic zone devel- opment, building three--dimensional traffic network, and promoting the construction of urban economic circle, to solve the problem of economic development under the background of special economic location in Tibet.
