摘要
基于CHIP流动人口调查数据,运用Mincer收入方程估计了乡城流动人口平均教育回报率、各教育阶段教育回报率,特别分析了学习成绩引起的教育回报率差异,以期客观看待"高分低能"这一现象。结果表明,农民工总体平均教育回报率为4.73%,仍处于较低水平;教育回报率基本呈现随着教育层次提高而提高的趋势,农村职业教育低于同等学力普通高中教育回报率;好的在校成绩能够显著提高农民工收入水平和教育回报率,在校成绩所引起的教育回报率差异为1.69%。据此进一步提出了改进农村教育的建议。
This article uses CHIP survey data of the migrants, and applies Mincer income equation to estimate the rural-urban migrants' return of all levels education. Results indicate that the average return of ed- ucation investment is 4. 73%; The higher education level, the higher the return on education, and rural vocational education' return is lower than the general high school education; Good grades can significantly improve the level of peasant workers' income, also can increase the return of education about 1.69%. Accordingly, this paper further puts forward suggestions on the improvement of rural education.
