快速康复理念在胃癌患者中的临床效果及并发症观察

Effect of Fast Tract on Patients with Gastric Cancer and Observation of Complications

目的研究快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者中的实施效果。方法回顾本院以往肿瘤科就诊的72例胃癌患者进行分析,根据不同干预方法分组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科理念,比较两组患者干预后治疗效果(术后观察指标、并发症)。结果研究组干预后术后各项指标显著优于参照组;研究组干预后术后不良反应总发生率5.56%显著低于参照组14.71%,以上各项差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者治疗期间给予快速康复外科理念管理,效果显著。

Objective To study the effect offast tractin patients with gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with gastric cancer from oncology inpatient department in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods.The reference group received routine nursing care,while the study group implemented the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.Compared the therapeutic effects（ postoperative observation index and complications） between the two groups.Results The indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group after intervention（ P 0.05）. The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was 5.56%,which was significantly lower than that in the reference group（ 14.71%）,with a statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of giving the gastric cancer patients the concept of management during the treatment of rapid rehabilitation surgery is significant.
