情景案例教学法在护理本科生临床带教中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨情景案例教学法在临床带教中的应用效果。方法选择本院护理专业本科实习学生160人,随机分为对照组和实验组,各80人。对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组采用情景案例教学法。比较两组理论成绩、实践考核成绩,并对实验组学生开展教学方法评价问卷调查。结果实验组理论成绩、实践技能成绩均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查显示,实验组90%以上学生认为情景案例教学法对理论联系实际、提高独立分析和解决问题能力、提高与患者有效沟通等方面有明显帮助。结论情景案例教学法在临床带教中应用可提高教学效果,从而提高学生的综合素质。 Objective To explore the effect of scenario teaching method in clinical teaching. Methods 160 undergraduate nursing students in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 80 in each. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the case teaching method. The two groups of theoretical achievements were compared,the results of practice examination were compared,and questionnaires of teaching method evaluation were conducted on experimental group students. Results The scores of theoretical and practical skills in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups( P〈0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that more than 90% of the students in the experimental group considered the case-based teaching method to relate the theory to practice,Improve the ability of independent analysis and problem solving,improve effective communication with patients and so on. Conclusion The application of the case teaching method in clinical teaching can improve the teaching effect and improve the overall quality of students.
