摘要 An agreement signed in Kigali, capital of Rwanda, has caught the world's attention. On March 21, a total of 44 African countries agreed to establish the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), aimed at creat ing a single continental market for goods and services with free movement of busi nesses and investments. The agreement, signed at the 10th Extraordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union (AU), wlll be submitted for ratification by state parties in accordance with their domestic laws.
