本研究旨在通过总结行业一般性规律,以人才梳理和甄别为核心,以市场化为导向,探索和研究与城市综合开发运营业务相适应的薪酬激励机制,为城市综合开发运营企业扩张、实现长期稳定发展、夯实人才后备队伍提供理论支持。
