低碳经济:中国实现绿色发展的根本途径

全球气候变化引起了一系列环境问题,各国面临着共同的严峻挑战。在经济的持续增长下,对于温室气体排放量的控制不足,导致我国所承担的减排任务压力巨大。要从根本上解决节能减排问题,就要调整产业结构比重、研发节能环保技术和产品、减少能源消耗和污染物排放,大力发展绿色低碳经济。本文针对倡导绿色经济发展的背景,深入分析我国低碳经济发展中存在的问题,并提出相关对策建议。

In response to a series of environmental problems caused by global climate change, all countries face severe challenges together. Under the sustained growth of the economy, the lack of control over the amount of greenhouse gas emissions has led to huge pressure on the country＇s emission reduction tasks. To fundamentally solve the issue of energy conservation and emission reduction, and to develop green sustainable economic development, the most effective way is to use a low-carbon economy. This paper aims at the international background of advocating the development of green economy, combining the problems of China＇s low-carlton economic development, conducts in-depth analysis, and pro- poses specific measures to solve the problem of green economic development.
