黄河三角洲盐碱地牧草饲喂伊拉肉兔屠宰性状和肉品分析技术标准

Technical Regulations For Carcass Trait and Meat Quality Analysis of Salinealkali Forage Feeding HYLA Meat Rabbits in Yellow River Delta Region

摘要 黄河三角洲盐碱地区域饲草资源丰富,非常适合发展草食动物养殖,尤其是肉兔养殖。然而,该区域肉兔产业化水平不高,肉兔屠宰及兔肉加工产业缺乏相关行业标准,限制肉兔产业升级与可持续发展。集中表现在:屠宰性能分析、胴体分割分级和肉品分析缺乏科学的操作规范,相关检测标准不完善等。本文从黄河三角洲地区肉兔产业发展实际出发,以伊拉肉兔为例,对肉兔屠宰、胴体分割与性状、肉品检测与品质分析技术进行论述,制定相关技术标准和操作规程,为肉兔产业规范化生产提供科学依据;促进产业升级和新旧动能转换,提高产业核心竞争力,实现科学与生态发展。本技术规程对盐碱地区域肉兔产业发展具有重要指导意义,有利于区域资源高效生态利用,有重要经济效益和社会效益。 Yellow River Delta saline-alkali land region is rich in land,forage and grass resources, which is very suitable for the herbivorous animal breeding especially for meat rabbit breeding. However meat rabbit industry in the area is low. Meat rabbit slaughtering and meat processing lack relevant industry standards,thus limits indus- try upgrading and sustainable development., Which is focused on the following aspects. Slaughter performance analysis, carcass segmentation and classification, meat quality analysis lack scientific operational specification. Relevant test standard is imperfections etc. According to the actual situation of meat rabbit industry development in the the Yellow River delta region, technology of meat rabbit slaughtering, carcass segmentation,carcass trait, meat inspection and analysis are dicussed and summed up in the paper with HYLA Rabbit as an example. Mean- while,corresponding technical standards and operating procedures are put forward in this paper, which provide a scientific basis for the meat rabbit industry standardization production. The implementation of these measures will promote industrial upgrading,conversion of new and old kinetic energy, improve the core competitiveness ofmeat rabbit industry. Then ecological and scientific development will be realized ultimately. This technical regu- lations has important guiding significance to the meat rabbit industry development, which promots the efficient and ecological utilization of resources in salt and alkali regions.Thus has significant economic and social benefits.
