道路运输安全管理存在的问题及对策探讨

Discussion on the problems and Countermeasures of road transportation safety management

本文以惠州龙门“7·6”重大道路运输生产安全事故为视角，通过对事故发生的主要原因、当前道路运输安全管理现状及存在的体制机制问题进行了分析，从政府、市场、企业角度总结了教训，并提出了完善道路运输安全监管理念、方式、创新等对策措施，以期引发思考，不断提高行业安全管理水平。

This paper takes huizhou longmen ＂7·6＂ serious production safety accident of the road transport for the Angle of view, the main cause of the accident, the current road transport mechanism of system of safety management present situation and existing problems are analyzed, from the perspective of government, market, enterprise lessons are summarized, and put forward the perfect road transport safety regulation concept, methods, innovation of countermeasures, so as to cause thinking, constantly improve the level of industry safety management.
