中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:109例按随机数字表法分为对照组54例和观察组55例,两组均用西医常规治疗,观察组加用桃红四物汤治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、疼痛及骨密度改善效果、生活质量变化及并发症发生率。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组骨密度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生活质量评分(QOL)及Cobb角改善的幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能促进老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折部位愈合,减轻疼痛,安全性高。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method： 109 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 54 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the observation group. Both groups received routine western treatment and the observation group were treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction in addition. The improvement effect after treatment, the incidence rate of change of quality of life and complications of clinical efficacy, pain and bone density were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The bone density, visual analogue scale （ VAS ） , quality of life score （QOL） and the improved Cobb angle of the observation group, was significantly superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy could effectively promote fracture healing, pain relief, safety and quality of life in elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.
