益智愈痴汤辅治血管性认知障碍临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yizhi Yuchi Decoction in Adjunctive Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment

目的:观察益智愈痴汤辅治血管性认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:50例随机分为A组和B组各25例,两组均用西药治疗,B组加用益智愈痴汤治疗。结果:治疗后B组Mo CA评分高于A组(P<0.05),SDSVD评分低于A组(P<0.05),总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:益智愈痴汤辅治血管性认知障碍疗效较好。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yizhi Yuchi Decoction in adjuvant treatment of vascular cognitive impairment.Method：50 cases were randomly divided into group A and group B, 25 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with western medicine and group B were treated with Yizhi Yujiu Decoction in addition. Result： The score of MoCA in group B was higher than that of group A （ P〈0.05 ） and the SDSVD score of group B was lower than that of group A （ P〈0.05 ） . The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Yizhi Yuchi Decoction has a significant clinical effect in adjuvant treatment of vascular cognitive impairment.
