中药足浴联合穴位按摩辅治糖尿病足临床观察

目的:观察中药足浴联合穴位按摩辅治糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:89例按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组44例给予常规西医治疗联合温水泡足,观察组45例给予西医常规治疗联合中药足浴及足部穴位按摩。结果:总有效率观察组93.33%、对照组77.27%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后尺神经、正中神经、腓总神经、胫神经传导速度及足背动脉血流量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴及穴位按摩辅治糖尿病足能够更为有效的提升足背血流量,加快神经传导速度,消除症状体征。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of herbs feet bathing therapy combined with foot point massage in adjuvant treatment of diabetic foot patients. Method： 89 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into two groups. 44 cases in control group were treated with conventional western medicine combined with warm water foot bath while 45 cases in observation group were treated with conventional western treatment combined with herbs feet bathing therapy and foot point massage. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that in the control group （ 77.27% ） （ P〈0.05 ） .After treatment, the conduction velocity of the ulnar nerve, median nerve, common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve and dorsal artery blood flow in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Herbs feet bathing therapy combined with foot point massage could improve the blood flow of the dorsum of foot more effectively, speed up the nerve conduction velocity and eliminate the symptoms and signs in adjuvant treatment of diabetic foot patients.
