门诊处方点评与合理用药调查分析

Comment of outpatient prescription and analysis of rational drug use

目的调查门诊用药情况,促进门诊合理用药。方法随机选择医院2016年1月-2017年6月门诊处方2 700张,按《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》与《处方管理办法》等进行统计、分析和合理用药点评。结果医院门诊处方平均用药种数为2.33种,抗菌药物使用率为19.10%,注射剂使用率为12.04%,基本药物使用率为39.12%,平均处方金额为129.74元。门诊处方不合理率呈下降趋势。结论通过处方点评工作的开展,医院门诊处方各项指标改善明显,合理性不断提高,但仍需持续改进。

Objective To investigate the application of outpatient medication and promote rational use of drugs in outpatient department. Methods 2 700 prescriptions were randomly collected from January 2016 to June 2017. They were analyzed and evaluated according to the ＇Hospital Management Standard for Comments on Prescription（ trial） ＇ and ＇ Management Method of Prescriptions＇. Results An average of 2. 33 drugs were prescribed in each outpatient. The percentage of antibiotics,injections and essential drugs prescribed were 19. 10%,12. 04% and 39. 12%,respectively. The average drug cost per prescription was 129. 74 Yuan. The irrational rate of outpatient prescriptions showed a downward trend. Conclusion The comment on prescriptions resulted in great improvement in the rationality of prescriptions,but it still needs to be improved.
