葡萄球菌A蛋白快速检测金黄色葡萄球菌的临床监测与研究

摘要 目的对金黄色葡萄球菌进行临床监测的过程中,观察行葡萄球菌A蛋白快速检测法的效果,评定临床应用价值。方法通过采用葡萄球菌A蛋白快速检测法对90株金黄色葡萄球菌和90株非金黄色葡萄球菌进行测定,应用SPSS 17.0软件测定检测的灵敏性效果和特异度。另选取100份ICU患者的痰标本,通过双盲实验法,分别对痰标本进行常规痰培养测定以及葡萄球菌A蛋白法测定,分析痰培养结果和葡萄球菌A蛋白法的测定相关性。结果通过SPA测定后的结果优于痰标本常规测定的效果。90株金黄色葡萄球菌经过SPA测定后,均为阳性指标,在显微镜下显示为棕色球形,灵敏度为100%,90株非金黄色葡萄球菌未呈现阳性。结论通过应用葡萄球菌A蛋白测定法能够及早对金黄色葡萄球菌感染情况监测,临床灵敏度高。
