摘要
某型号导弹用涡扇发动机火焰筒头罩材料为高温合金。为了保证高温部件正常工作,在头罩上需要加工大量气膜孔冷却,冷却孔分布密集,孔径精度要求高,孔的轴线多为空间方向。通过开展激光加工参数控制研究,激光焦点位置定位研究,多轴激光加工编程技术研究,解决了空间密集气膜冷却孔的加工难题。
A certain type of turbofan engine cylinder head cover fire materials for high temperature alloy.In order to guarantee the normal work of the high temperature parts,on the head cover need processing a large number of film cooling hole,intensive cooling holes, aperture accuracy requirement is high, the direction of the axis of the orifice for more space. Through the research on laser processing parameters control,laser focus position location research, multi-axis programming laser processing technology research, to solve the dense gas film cooling hole processing problem.
