摘要
将硬脂酸铈与其他助剂进行复配,制备了硬脂酸铈复合热稳定剂。采用刚果红试纸法、烘箱热老化法、转矩流变仪、红外光谱分析等方法对硬脂酸铈复合热稳定剂进行性能表征。结果表明,硬脂酸铈复合热稳定剂配方为硬脂酸铈∶硬酯酸锌∶β-二酮∶季戊四醇=1.2∶1.0∶0.3∶1.0,性价比最佳。与钙锌稳定剂相比,烘箱老化热稳定性能和流变性能更优异,可取代钙锌稳定剂首次应用于PVC建筑模板中,使弯曲强度和弹性模量分别提高19.68%和14.62%。同时,提高了耐候性能,748 h室外老化后,△E为1.46,△b为-2.36。
Cerium stearate compound heat stabilizer was prepared by the mix of cerium stearate with other additives. The Gongo test,Oven aging test,rheological property test and FT-IR test were employed to characterize properties of the stabilizer.The results show that it has the highest performance-price ratio when the ratio of cerium stearate ∶ zinc stearate ∶ β-diketone∶ pentaerythritol is 1. 2 ∶ 1. 0 ∶ 0. 3 ∶ 1. 0. Compared with Ca/Zn stabilizer,cerium stearate compound heat stabilizer exhibits a better performance of heat stability and rheological property. Thus it can substitute Ca/Zn stabilizer and be applied in PVC formwork for the first time,which increases the flexural strength and flexural modulus of PVC formwork respectively by 19. 68% and 4. 62%. Also,the weatherability was improved. △E and △b are 1.46 and-2. 36 respectively by 748 hours outer aging test.
