摘要
利用多功能内耗仪测量,分析了不同稀土含量对Fe-RE系合金内耗峰的影响,在此基础上,探讨了稀土在纯铁晶界处的存在状态与微合金化机理。结果表明,纯铁在551.4℃(频率为2 Hz)出现纯铁晶界峰;当纯铁中稀土含量为0.0084%时,纯铁晶界峰接近于消失,峰温不变,峰值减小,说明有部分稀土固溶在晶界处;当稀土含量为0.0135%时,出现固溶晶界峰和第二相沉淀晶界峰,此时稀土以固溶形式和第二相沉淀的形式存在于晶界。
In this paper,multi-functional internal friction instrument was used to analyze the effects of rare earth content on internal friction peak of Fe-RE alloy,and on this basis the presence and micro-alloying mechanism of RE at the grain boundaries in iron were discussed. The results showed that pure iron grain boundary peak exists at 551. 4 ℃ when frequency is2 Hz; When content of rare earth is 0. 0084%,the iron peak near the grain boundaries disappears,the peak temperature keeps constant,while the peak reduces,indicating that some rare earth dissolves at the grain boundaries; When rare earth content is 0. 0135%,the solid solution grain boundary peak and a second phase grain boundary peak appear,and rare earth exists in the form of solid solution and second phase precipitates at boundary.
