摘要
公务员平时考核作为公务员考核制度中不可或缺的一部分,对于加强公务员管理方面起到巨大作用,也取得了促进公务员廉政勤政等诸多新成效。在实际操作中仍存在着:平时考核目的不明确、平时考核主体较单一、平时考核标准不具体、平时考核结果使用不到位、平时考核监督制约机制不健全等问题。建议从明确平时考核目的、明定平时考核主体、建立分类分层的平时考核标准、注重平时考核结果使用、加大对平时考核的监督检查力度等若干方面加以改进和完善公务员平时考核工作。
Civil servants' daily assessment is an indispensable part of the civil servants assessment system. It plays a significant role in strengthening the management of civil servants and has also achieved many new results such as promoting civil servants' honest and diligent duties. However,the following problems still exist in practice:unclear purpose,single subject,unspecific criteria,improper usage of daily assessment results,unsound supervision mechanism. It is suggested to improve and perfect civil servants' daily assessment work from the following aspects: making clear the purpose of daily assessment,determining subjects,setting up classified assessment standards,paying attention to the use of daily assessment results,and enhancing supervision and inspection.
