摘要
为快速打破油用牡丹‘紫斑’种子休眠和促进幼苗生长,研究了不同赤霉酸浓度处理对油用牡丹‘紫斑’种子萌发的影响。结果表明:赤霉酸处理能快速打破油用牡丹‘紫斑’种子休眠,促进种子萌发和生长。与对照1清水处理(CK_1)和对照2低温沙藏处理(CK_2)相比,500mg/l赤霉酸浸种24h,种子的发芽率、生长量和根系活力最高,差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),建议育苗生产中利用这一浓度来处理油用牡丹‘紫斑’种子。
In order to break seeds dormancy and promote seedlings growth quickly,the effects of different GA3 concentrations on germination of Paeonia rockii seeds were studied. The result showed that GA3 could quickly break seeds dormancy,promote seeds germination and seedlings growth. The germination rate,growth quantity and root activity of Paeonia rockii seeds( soaked in 500 mg/l GA3 for 24 h) are the highest compare to CK1( soaked in water) and CK2( buried in cold sands),all difference were extremely significant( P 0. 01),the 500 mg/l GA3 is suggested to treat Paeonia rockii seeds while seedlings cultivation.
