摘要 完善水运工程计量体系建设,为流速仪的量值溯源和计量管理提供有力技术保障,该文基于PLC控制、2.4 G无线远程传输、步进电机精确动力驱动等技术,以通用计数器量值溯源流速仪的方法,设计、实施流速仪计量检定装置。装置调速范围大、远程控制、精确移动、操作简单,为流速仪在水运工程领域精确测量的应用提供强有力的技术支持。该装置为国家流速仪计量建标的建立奠定一定的基础。 Perfect the measuring system of water transportation construction,provide strong technical support for the management of traceability and measurement values of the current meter,PLC control,2.4 G wireless remote transmission,precision stepper motor driving technology based on the method of tracing the current meter to the general counter value,design and implementation of current meter verification device. The device has the advantages of large range of speed control,remote control,accurate movement and simple operation. It provides strong technical support for the application of current meter in the field of precise measurement in the field of water transportation engineering.This device lays a foundation for the establishment of national current meter measurement and construction standards.
