Accelerate the Construction of Online Monitoring System for Key Energy-using Units to Boost Ecological Civilization and Green Development

本文阐述了建设重点用能单位能耗在线监测系统的重要意义,解读了国家节能主管部门对这项工作的安排部署,并就形成部门合力、标准规范引领、落实目标责任、创新投资方式、发展节能服务产业等内容进行了论述,提出了相关工作建议。

This paper highlights the importance of implementing energy consumption online monitoring system construction in key energy consuming units. Then it analyses the arrangement made by the department in charge of energy conservation. Further more, it explains scientifically how to promote different departments to work together, ensure the leading role of standardization, implement different units＇ responsibility, innovate investment approach, and development the ESCO industry. Finally, it gives some suggestions on how to put forward the energy online monitoring system construction.
