摘要
测定了萘普生在不同温度、不同丙酮浓度下的溶解度,提出了修正的三参数模型,用该模型得到的水-丙酮二元体系中萘普生的溶解度计算值与实验值吻合良好,且三个模型参数与溶剂中丙酮浓度之间的关系变化趋势一致。
The solubility of naproxen was determined at different temperatures and acetone concentrations. A modified three parameter model was used in correlation. In the acetone-water system the solubility of naproxen calculated by the model was in good agreement with the experimental data. The relationship between the three model parameters respectively and the acetone concentration in the solvent was consistent.
