固体超强酸S_2O_8^(2-)/Ti-MCM-41催化合成异辛酸十六醇酯

摘要 以自制的固体超强酸S_2O_8^(2-)/Ti-MCM-41为催化剂,通过酸醇直接酯化合成了异辛酸十六醇酯,研究了反应条件和后处理对酯化率和产品质量的影响,得到了较佳的工艺条件,并简单探讨了催化剂的成酸机理。结果表明,当酸醇物质的量的比为1.1∶1,催化剂S_2O_8^(2-)/Ti-MCM-41用量为反应物总质量的1.5%,220℃反应,精制处理后可以得到性能优良的产品。 Cetyl Iso-caprylate was synthesized from cetyl alcohol and iso-caprylic acid with solid superacid S2O8^2-/Ti-MCM-41 as catalyst. The effect of reaction conditions and diposal on the quality of product were discussed. The optimum process conditions were obtained. The catalyst mechanism was briefly discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: based on 1. 5 mol cetyl alcohol,the molar ratio of iso-caprylic acid to cetyl alcohol 1. 1∶ 1,reaction at 220 ℃. The quality of ester was excellent.
