辽宁省出口企业利用FTA的实证研究

Empirical Research on Liaoning's exporting enterprises using FTA

目前中国已经签署的FTA有16个之多,涉及到24个国家,各国都因参加FTA所能带来的巨大利益积极响应,因此一国加入后对FTA优惠性政策的利用程度真正意义上决定了一国所能获取的利益,并且对一国的经济增长有着至关重要的影响。因此需要了解在我国签订了这么多FTA后,企业对它的运用是否充分。分析FTA的经济效应,通过调研比较研究了辽宁省与山东省出口企业利用FTA的情况;再对辽宁省、山东省、河南省、上海市、江苏省的出口企业FTA利用率进行了横向比较;提出辽宁出口企业提高FTA利用率的对策。

China has signed 16 Free Trade Agreements at present,it and there are 24 countries.They have responded positively to the enormous benefit of participating FTA.The utilization degree of the preferential policies of the FTA after the accession of a country determines the benefits that can be obtained, and it has a crucial impact on the growth of a country＇s economy. Therefore, it is necessary to know whether the enterprise has sufficient utilization of it after the signing of so many FTA in our country. Firstly, it introduced the definition and characteristics of FTA. Secondly, it analyzed the economic effect of FTA. Thirdly, it compared the FTA utilization rate of the export enterprises the export in Liaoning province and Shandong province, through the research. Fourthly, it horizontally compared FTA utilization rate of the export enterprises of Jiangsu province, Henan province and Shanghai. Finally, it put forward the countermeasures to improve the utilization rate of the FTA Liaoning province＇s enterprises.
