摘要
针对全部垮落采煤所形成采空区中积聚的大量瓦斯与积水,设计了轻质水泥泡沫防风、防漏正交试验。通过以水泥、发泡剂与稳定剂为注浆原材料,从水泥浆比重、粘度、析水率、结石体强度、结石体密度以及注浆经济性等几个方面,对不同种类、不同配比的原料进行对比分析。最终得到了最佳轻质水泥泡沫浆材的配比为:GS-1复合型发泡剂浓度2.5g/L,羧甲基纤维素纳浓度1.5g/L、水灰比1:1,加气量10L/min。采用此配比配制的泡沫注浆材料能够实现采空区瓦斯与水气的有效封堵,并具有较高经济效益。
To deal with the large amount of gas and water in goaf caused by fully caving method,an orthogonal experiment of air leakage prevention with lightweight cement foam was designed.Taking cement,foaming agent,and stabilizer as the grouting raw materials,different types and proportions of raw materials were compared in terms of the proportion of cement slurry,viscosity,water separating rate,strength and density of grouting-reinforced stone,and grouting economical efficiency.The study obtained the optimal ratio of lightweight cement foam:the concentration of composite foaming agent GS-1 is 2.5 g/L,the concentration of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 1.5 g/L,the water-cement ratio 1:1,and the air filling capacity 10 L/min.The foam grouting material prepared by the ratio could effectively plug the gas and water vapor in the goaf with higher economical efficiency.
