新集二矿210108掘进工作面瓦斯综合治理技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 为掩护掘进工作面安全快速地掘进,采用分源预测法对新集二矿210108工作面机巷掘进期间的瓦斯涌出量进行预测计算,依据结果选取底板穿层钻孔掩护预抽机巷、顺层钻孔预抽煤巷条带及煤层瓦斯的消突技术。结果表明,新集二矿210108工作面机巷掘进期间瓦斯抽采率为17.9%,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标最大值为100Pa,钻屑量指标最大值为3.9kg/m,经预抽效果检验合格;回风流瓦斯浓度为0.1%~0.56%,瓦斯涌出量范围为0.84m3/min^5.4m3/min,其中掘进的前57d两者的统计结果要比57d以后的值大得多,表明机巷瓦斯涌出受煤层厚度变化的影响较大,当煤层厚度增大时,瓦斯涌出量显著增加。 In order to excavate driving face safely and rapidly,different-source forecast method was used to predict the gas emission during advancing of No.210108 face in Xinji Mine II.Based on this,pre-drainage machine lane covered by boreholes through floor,pre-drainage coal roadways along seam,and gas outburst elimination technology were selected.The results show that the gas drainage rate of the No.210108 mechanized caving face is 17.9%,the maximum gas desorption index of drill-cuttings 100 Pa,and the maximum drill-cutting index 3.9 kg/m.Prepumping effect test is qualified.The gas concentration of return air flow ranges from 0.1% to0.56% and the gas emission ranges from 0.84 m3/min to 5.4 m3/min.Both data in the first 57 days are much larger than those after the 57 days,which shows that the gas emission is greatly affected by the thickness of coal seam:when the coal seam thickness increases,the gas emission increases significantly.
