双层爆破遮挡技术在固庄煤矿的应用

摘要 对固庄煤矿在井下爆破作业的现状进行了认真分析,对双层爆破原理、爆破遮挡物的材料选取、双层遮挡物的制作、遮挡物的面积、遮挡物之间的距离、遮挡物距被保护物的距离,以及遮挡物的适用条件进行了详细的解释,并提出了合理化建议,实际爆破运用中遮挡物对电器设备、管线等容易损坏的东西以及人员进行遮挡,起到了明显的效果,确保了生产顺利进行、财产不受损失以及人员的安全。 Coal mine blasting operation in Guzhuang Mine was studied.The article put forward some rationalization proposals on the detailed analysis,including the principle of doublelayer blasting,materials selection of blasting protective devices,production of double layer protective devices,area of the devices,the distance between the devices and from the devices to the protected objects,and their application conditions.In the actual blasting,the devices are used to protect the electrical equipment,pipelines,other easily damaged things,and staff,which played a significant effect in protecting the smooth production,and property and staff safety.
