摘要
随着科学技术的发展和淘汰落后产能的要求,一些产量低、工艺落后、安全保障性差的矿井,特别是一些小型矿井被兼并重组后,急待解决的就是如何进行改造和升级。针对高档普采改造综采的供电方式升级改造进行论述,提出解决方案,主要是在进风顺槽建立配电点,将移动变电站、控制采煤机、刮板输送机、转载机等控制开关布置在配电点,实现远距离控制,从而减少控制开关的搬迁次数,减少维修人员的工作量,需要解决的难题是如何在工作面操作控制配电点处开关的起动与停止,采用了QJZ-315、400型行微动控制方式,解决了问题。通过这一供电方式的改进,提高了供电的可靠性,解决了高档普采向综采升级改造的供电要求。
With the development of science and technology as well as the elimination of backward production capacity,the mines with low output,backward technology and poor security,especially small mines after merger and reorganization,are in urgent need to be reformed and upgraded.The paper discusses the upgrading and rebuilding of the power supply for innovation from high ranking conventional mechanized mining to fully mechanized mining and puts forward some solutions.The plan includes distribution points setting in the wind inlet slot,and the control switches of mobile substation,coal shearer,scraper conveyor and transfer machine setting at the distribution points in order to to realize long-distance control,decrease the relocation of the control switches,and reduce the workload of maintenance personnel.The problem to be solved is how to control the start and stop of the switches at the working face.QJZ-315,400 line microcontrol method solved the problem.The new power supply design improved the reliability and satisfied the requirement in the innovation from the high-ranking conventional mechanized mining to the fully mechanized mining.
