新常态下分享型城市内涵及建设路径探析

The Analysis on the Connotation and Construction Path of the Sharing city Under the New Normal

分享经济作为经济增长的新方式,正在加速渗透到各个领域,建立在分享经济基础上的"分享型城市"理念,则将成为未来引领城市发展的新范式。现分析新常态下分享型城市的内涵以及充分借鉴国外分享型城市建设的经验基础上,认为可以通过普及分享发展理念、合理设计公共设施、明确制定规章制度和分布构筑行业布局来构建适合我国分享型城市建设的发展路径。

Sharing economy as a new way of economic growth is penetrating into every field of life,the concept of＂sharing city＂which is based on the sharing economy will be taken the lead in the new paradigm of urban development in the future.Based on the analysis of connotation of sharing city under the new normal and fully absorbed from foreign experience of construction, we construct the suitable development path for China＇s sharing city construction through popularizing the concept of sharing development, designing public facilities reasonably, making clear rules and regulations and distributing the layout of the industry.
