摘要 为解决常用多相流计算方法对现场实测井预测存在较大偏差的问题,运用室内实验与拟合检验相结合的方法,开展了油气水多相管流系统性实验研究。对流型预测模型及其中2种具有持液率计算能力的预测模型(Beggs-Brill、Mukherjee-Brill)进行检验后发现,最适合的流型预测方法为Mukherjee-Brill模型,其准确性得到进一步验证;明确持液率预测的准确性是压降预测的关键因素。重新拟合得到的预测新模型,经现场实测数据检验表明,其平均相对误差为5.08%,较其他模型预测精度至少提高3个百分点,表明新预测模型具有较高的精度与可靠性。新模型能够为实际油气井的生产设计提供理论参考。 In order to improve the relatively great deviation between conventional muhiphase flow calculation and field well logging, laboratory experiment and fitting test are combined to experimentally study the oil-gas-water multiphase flow. The flow pattern predietion models and two prediction models with liquid holdup ealcnlalion (Beggs-Brill,Mukherjec-Brill) are analyzed, the Mukherjec-Brifl model with high accuracy is considered as the most suitable prediction method. It also demonstrated that the pressure drop prediction is greatly dependent on the prediction accuracy of liquid holdup. A new prediction model is obtained by re-fitting test and tested by field data, which indicates that the average relalive error is only 5.08%. The corresponding prediction accuracy is increased by at least 3 Persentage Points comparing with that of other models, which further higher accuracy and reliability of this new mode. This new obtained model could provide a theoretical reference for the field production design of oil -gas wells.
