拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation on Labetalol Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension

目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效,以及对血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析医院2016年2月至2017年9月收治的80例妊娠期高血压孕妇的病例资料,根据随机数字表法,分为对照组(硫酸镁治疗)和观察组(拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗),各40例,均治疗7 d。结果观察组总有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均明显降低,血清MMP-9水平明显增高(P<0.05);观察组顺产率明显增高,而剖宫产、产后并发症、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息等发生率均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效显著,能明显降低血清MMP-9水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of gestational hypertension（ GH） and its effect on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9（ MMP-9） and pregnancy outcome. Methods The clinical data of80 patients with GH admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the control group（ magnesium sulfate） and the observation group（ labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate） according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The two groups were treated for 7 d. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 50%, which was significantly higher than 82. 50% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05））. Compared with the control group,the levels of SBP and DBP in the observation group were significantly decreased,while the level of serum MMP-9 was significantly increased（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the rate of natural labour in the observation group was significantly increased, while the incidence of cesarean section, postpartum complications, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of patients with GH has a significant effect,it can significantly decrease the level of serum MMP-9 and improve the pregnancy outcome.
