摘要
目的探讨舒血宁注射液联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法选取医院收治的急性胰腺炎患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(46例)和对照组(48例),对照组患者给予注射用乌司他丁10万U静脉滴注,研究者患者在对照组治疗基础上加用舒血宁注射液20 m L静脉滴注,每日1次,7 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果研究组患者总有效率为93.48%,显著优于对照组的79.17%(χ~2=4.037 1,P<0.05);与对照组治疗后相比,研究组炎性因子白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著降低,IL-10水平显著升高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后氧化应激指标一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)水平均显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组改善水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合乌司他丁能有效提高急性胰腺炎患者的疗效,可改善患者的炎性因子及氧化应激指标水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuxuening Injection combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Totally 94 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the study group( n = 46) and the control group( n = 48) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with intravenous injection of 100 000 U ulinastatin, on this basis, the study group was given intravenous drip of 20 m L Shuxuening Injection. Once a day,7 days were a course of treatment. The two groups were treated for 2 courses. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93. 48%, which was significantly better than 79. 17% of the control group( χ~2= 4. 037 1, P 〈 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly decreased,the level of IL-10 was significantly increased in the study group( P 〈 0. 05). After treatment, the levels of NO and MDA in the two groups were significantly decreased, the levels of SOD were significantly increased( P 〈 0. 05), and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05).Conclusion Shuxuening Injection combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and improve the level of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress.
