胸部低剂量CT体检的肺外发现

The extra-pulmonary findings in low dose chest CT for physical examination

目的分析胸部低剂量CT体检的肺外发现的检出率。方法对2016年1月至12月2 383例胸部体检者低剂量螺旋CT显示的肺内、肺外病变进行回顾性分析。结果共检测出阳性结果 1 616例,阴性结果767例,其中肺内结果阳性者1 026例,肺外结果阳性者1 050例(同一体检者并存多种病种,甲状腺结节52例,冠状动脉钙化阳性者324例,肝脏低密度灶436例,脂肪肝131例,胆囊结石96例,肾囊肿59例,肾结石21例,肾上腺结节8例)。结论胸部低剂量CT体检可同时有效地显示肺外病变,有助于对部分肺外病变进一步临床干预。

Objective To analyze the rate of extra-pulmonary findings by low dose chest CT for physical examination. Methods The inter-and extra-pulmonary findings by low dose chest CT of 2383 caseshad been analyzed retrospectively from January 2016 to December 2016. Results There were 767 negative cases and 1616 positive cases,of which 1026 cases had inter-pulmonary positive findings and 1050 cases had extra-pulmonary positive findings.The extra-pulmonary positive findings included 52 cases with thyroid nodules, 324 cases with coronary artery calcification, 436 cases with liver low density lesions, 131 cases with fatty liver,96 cases withcholecystolithiasis, 59 cases with renal cysts, 21 cases with renal calculi,8 cases with adrenal nodules. Conclusion Low dose chest CT for physical examination can simultaneously and effectively display extra-pulmonary lesions, which is helpful for further clinical intervention for these extra-pulmonary lesions.
