螺旋CT联合磁共振成像对肝脏局灶性结节增生患者的诊断效能 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究磁共振成像(MRI)与螺旋CT联合检测对肝脏局灶性结节增生患者诊断效能的影响。方法选取2015年6月至2017年4月我院肝脏局灶性结节增生患者51例设为研究组,另选我院同期肝结节状再生性增生患者26例设为对照组,均实施MRI、螺旋CT检测,统计MRI、螺旋CT单一及联合检测及病理检查肝脏局灶性结节增生结果,以病理检查结果作为"金标准",比较MRI、螺旋CT单一检测及联合检测肝脏局灶性结节增生结果。结果经病理检查肝脏局灶性结节增生51例,MRI检测肝脏局灶性结节增生36例,螺旋CT检测肝脏局灶性结节增生32例,联合检测肝脏局灶性结节增生48例;MRI、螺旋CT联合检测肝脏局灶性结节增生特异度、灵敏度、准确度均高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI与螺旋CT联合检测肝脏局灶性结节增生,可显著提高诊断特异度、灵敏度、准确度,明显减少漏诊及误诊,有助于疾病早期鉴别及临床控制。 Objective To investigate the effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) combined withspiral CTon the diagnostic efficiency of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia. Methods From June 2015 to April 2017, 51 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia in our hospital were selected as the research group. Another 26 patients with hepatic nodular regenerative hyperplasia in the same period were selected as the control group. Both MRI and spiral CT were carried out in two groups. The results of single and combined detection of MRI and spiral CT and pathological examination of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia were statistically recorded. Taking the results of patho-logical examination as "gold standard", the results of single and combined detection of MRI and spiral CT of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia were compared. Results Pathological examination revealed 51 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia, and 36 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia detected by MRI, 32 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia by spiral CT, and 48 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia by the combined diagnosis. The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection of MRI and spiral CT for hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia were higher than those of single detection. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of MRI and spiral CT in the diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia can significantly improve diagnostic specificity, sensitivity and accuracy, and significantly reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Besides, it is helpful for early identification and clinical control of diseases.
