摘要 目的探讨CT和磁共振成像(MRI)在冠状动脉诊断中的应用方法及其效果。方法选取2015年2月至2017年1月期间本院所收治疑似或确诊冠状动脉疾病(CAD)患者30例,分别对其进行常规冠状动脉造影检查、MRI心肌灌注检查、冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)分析,对三种检查方法的诊断效果进行对比分析,并探讨MRI联合CT对于CAD患者的临床诊断价值。结果 CTA对于CAD的诊断敏感率为81.25%,特异度86.5%,准确率为85.6%;MRI对于CAD的诊断敏感度为81.2%,特异度为87.8%,诊断准确率为86.7%,MRI与CTA对于CAD的诊断敏感率、特异度、准确率相比并无明显差异(P>0.05);以冠状动脉造影检查(CA)检查结果作为标准,MRI联合CTA对于CAD患者的诊断敏感率为100%,特异度为95.3%,诊断准确率为96.3%。结论 CT、MRI均是有效的冠状动脉疾病诊断方法,同CA相比具有较好的一致性,可有效改善患者检查依从性,且操作简便,安全可靠,其中通过联合MRI与CT,可有效提高对于此类患者的诊断准确率,建议在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of coronary artery and its effect. Methods Thirty patients with suspected or confirmed coronary artery disease(CAD) admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected for routine coronary angiography, myocardial perfusion imaging,coronary CTA, kinds of inspection methods to compare the diagnostic results and explore the clinical value of MRI combined with CT in patients with CAD. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CTA were 81.2%,86.5% and 85.6% respectively. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI for CAD were 81.2%,87.8% and 86.7%. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CAD were not significantly different(P〉0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of MRI combined with CTA in the diagnosis of CAD were 100% and 95.3%. The diagnostic accuracy was 96.3%. Conclusion CT and MRI are effective methods of coronary artery disease diagnosis,compared with CA has good consistency, which can effectively improve patients compliance and easy to operate, safe and reliable, which through joint MRI and CT, which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of such patients,it is recommended to promote the clinical application.
