摘要
结合跨汉宜高铁混凝土箱梁顶推施工实例,按实际顶推过程针对下部钢管支架建立空间有限元模型进行仿真计算,分析钢管支架的力学行为,依此制定了顶推施工钢管支架的监测方案,并对顶推施工过程采取安全控制措施,保证了顶推过程的安全,并对后续顶推施工中钢管支架的计算分析提供参考和建议。
With the jacking construction of the concrete box girder spanning the Han-Yi High-speed Railway as a practical ex-ample, a finite-element model is established for the lower steel-tube bracket in the course of the real jacking, simulated and cal-culated, with the mechanical behavior of the steel tube bracket analyzed and the monitoring scheme for jacking the construction steel-tube bracket worked out. With the safety control measures taken in the course of jacking, the safety during the jacking construction is ensured. The paper may serve as a useful reference for and provide some useful suggestions for the following calculations and analyses for the jacking construction of the steel-tube bracket.
