摘要
结合津榆公路芦台立交桥改建一标段新建2×12.5m双孔框构地道桥工程,以框构桥小角度顶进下穿铁路为例,深入分析框构桥顶进过程中的受力情况,通过计算确定不同进尺的开镐数量,并采取防护桩布局调整、增加限位器和主动纠偏等一系列技术措施,进一步提高了小角度斜交框构桥顶进控制的精度。纠偏技术在实践中得到成功应用。
With the newly-built 2X12. 5 m two-aperture underpass frame bridge of Contracted Section One for the reconstruc-tion project of the Lutai Flyover of the Jin-Yu Highway as the engineering background, and the frame bridge being jacked ob-liquely to under-cross a railway at a small angle as a practical examples deep force analysis is made of a frame bridge in the course of being jacked, with the number of pickaxe for different footage determined by calculations. Besides,the layout of the protective piles is adjusted,the number of stops is increased,the automatic deviation-rectification is performed,and some other technical measures are also taken,all of which help further improve the control precision of jacking a frame bridge obliquely to cross a railway at a small angle. Thus, the deviation-rectifying technique is successfully applied to engineering practice.
