摘要
以商合杭上跨徐兰高铁T构梁为研究对象,针对大跨度T构曲梁墩顶转体施工控制技术展开研究。在MIDAS中对桥梁施工全过程进行了仿真分析,确定了不平衡力矩、顶升力等关键参数,据此对该桥进行了线形控制、应力控制及转体不平衡弯矩测试。结果表明:桥梁线形平顺,与设计线形吻合度良好;悬臂施工阶段及转体阶段桥梁处于全截面受压状态。为其他类似桥梁的施工控制提供参考。
With the T-shaped girder of the Shang-He-Hang Railway over-crossing the Xu-Lan High Speed Railway as the object of our research,the construction control techniques for the pier-top rotation of large-span T-shaped curved beam are studied in the paper. With the help of the MIDAS,the whole process of the bridge construction is simulated and analyzed,with the key parameters of the unbalancing moment, the lifting power and the like determined, in the light of which the alignment and stress of the bridge are controlled, and the unbalancing bending moment of the rotation is tested. The tested results show that the a- lignment of the bridge is flat, smooth and in full agreement with the designed alignment. During the cantilever construction stage and the rotation stage, the full cross-section of the bridge is in the state of being pressurized. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the construction control of other similar bridges.
