通过红外线热扫描技术观察温经汤对寒湿凝滞型痛经的疗效机制分析

Observation of the mechanism of Wenjing Decoction for cold uterus dysmenorrhea patients by TTM

目的 :通过红外线热扫描技术(TTM),观察并分析口服温经汤对寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者的疗效机制。方法 :临床选取辨证属寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者60例,口服温经汤1个疗程,治疗前后均行TTM扫描,对比治疗前后数据变化。结果:寒湿凝滞型痛经患者TTM表现为下腹部明显的细胞代谢热降低区。温经汤治疗1个疗程后,下腹部及腰骶部代谢热值较治疗前明显提高(均P<0.05)。结论:温经汤可提高寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者局部细胞代谢热值,改善其临床症状;TTM能可视化观察人体细胞新陈代谢热分布,为治疗提供影像依据。

Objective：To observe and analyze the mechanism of Wenjing Decoction for cold uterus dysmenorrhea patients by using infrared thermal scanning technology（thermal texture maps,TTM）. Methods：60 patients of cold uterus dysmenorrhea were selected for a course of Wenjing Decoction,and TTM was used to scan before and after treatment,and the changes of data were compared. Results：The TTM scan of the patients showed that a region had a significant less thermogenesis of cellular metabolism in the lower abdomen. After a course of treatment with Wenjing Decoction,metabolism calorific value of lower abdomen and lumbosacral region had obviously improved（P〈0.05）,lower abdominal heat value increased more significantly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Wenjing Decoction can increase the heat value of local cell metabolism and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with cold uterus dysmenorrhea. TTM is convenient and quick visual observation of heat distribution of cell metabolism,and can provide imaging basis for reasonable and effective treatment.
