摘要
目的 :探讨首发精神分裂症(SZ)患者前额叶皮质各部MRI T_2信号强度值的变化,为SZ的临床早期诊断提供影像学帮助。方法:收集首发SZ患者34例和健康对照组35例。所有受试者均行快速自旋回波T_2序列,并在工作站上手动勾画前额叶皮质各亚区ROI,测量其T_2信号强度值。分析T_2信号强度与阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分的相关性。结果:SZ患者额上回T_2信号强度值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.17,P<0.05);额极、额中回、额下回T_2信号强度值与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(t=1.05、0.61、0.87,均P>0.05)。额上回T_2信号强度值与PANSS阴性症状分数、PANSS总分均呈正相关(r=0.54、0.51,均P<0.01)。结论 :额上回T_2信号强度值的改变,可为SZ早期诊断提供影像学帮助。
Objective:To provide the evidence for early diagnosis of schizophrenics by studying the MRI T2 signals in prefrontal cortex. Methods:Thirty-four first-episode drug-free schizophrenics and thirty-five healthy subjects were enrolled and underwent FSE T2 sequence. The MRI T2 signal intensity were measured at 4 ROIs of prefrontal cortex. The correlation between MRI T2 signal intensity in prefrontal cortex and PANSS score were analyzed. Results:There were significant differences of the T2 signal intensity in the superior frontal gyrus(P〈0.05),while,there were no significant differences of the T2 signal intensity in the frontal pole,middle frontal gyrus and inferior frontal gyrus(all P〉0.05) between the two groups. The MRI T2 signal intensity in superior frontal gyrus was positively related to the negative syndrome scale and total score(r =0.54,0.51,all P〈0.01).Conclusion:Abnormal MRI-T2 signal intensity exists in superior frontal gyrus can be used as an objective marker in the early diagnosis of schizophrenia.
